Two teens charged with child porn after allegedly filming student sex tape
The teen boys, ages 15 and 16, were charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child and conspiracy to commit a felony crime, according to a statement posted on the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office website.
The sex tape was allegedly created on Oct. 10. Since those involved are all minors, none have been named.
Police began investigating after an officer assigned to the high school heard of the video, according to FOX40. The girl told police she did not consent to the recording and didn’t even know she was being filmed.

Gen. Gilbert Diendere had already been charged with 10 other counts, including attacking national security and murder.
Prosecutor Col. Sita Sangare said Friday that Diendere will go before a military tribunal, though he did not say when.
Sangare said 23 others were charged for the short-lived coup.
The elite presidential guard arrested transitional President Michel Kafando and interim Prime Minister Yacouba Isaac Zida on Sept. 16.
Diendere took power but stepped down after a week. The transitional government was reinstalled on Sept. 23. The presidential guard was later disbanded, and Diendere was taken into custody.
Tourists descend on the Nevada brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious
Media from as far away as Britain were in Crystal as well. Journalists stood in the establishment's dirt parking lot in a light morning rain. Many had missed out on a tour Wednesday by brothel managers and clamored for new leads outside the roadside sex site.
One reporter for a U.S. paper said his editors authorized him to offer $2,000 for photographs of the two legal prostitutes who found Odom unconscious in a bed at the site. The brothel declined the offer.
Mum spends £20k turning toddler into beauty queen
Her flamboyant beauty pageant costumes including a corset-style dress and a ruffled two-piece bikini and the tot is dripping in over $2,000 worth of gold jewellery.
Now Minnie-Beau is making a name for herself on the beauty pageant scene with her trademark pout setting her apart from her rivals.
Jas said:
Minnie took part in her first competition when she was just 18 months old after Jas saw a TV show about pageants.“I’ve been accused of sexualising my daughter but the people that say that are the ones with the sick thoughts – that doesn’t even enter my mind.“It’s just like a dance competition – you get marked on your routines, your outfits and your make up too.“I’ve spent probably around the price mark of twenty thousand pounds on Minnie and she’s worth every penny.
And the youngster dazzled the judges with her hair and eyelash extensions and £600 worth of outfits.
Her make-up regime included blusher, eyebrow pencil and coral lipstick and her tiny nails were painted a brilliant white.

FIFA suspends Sepp Blatter for 90 days
He described it as a "pending" verdict, and said no negative finding had been made against the head of world football's governing body.
The announcement comes just hours after Blatter criticized the criminal investigation against him in Switzerland, describing it as "outrageous". He also defended his decision to remain as head of the football organising body and not step down immediately, as worldwide sponsors have urged.
The 90-day suspension is the longest FIFA's ethics committee can hand down while they carry out their investigation.
Last month, the Swiss attorney general announced that Blatter will face charges of "criminal mismanagement" and "misappropriation." Among the charges is an allegation that Blatter gave a "disloyal payment" to UEFA president Michel Platini totaling 2 million francs ($2.1 million). That payment is alleged to have been made three months before Platini announced he would not run against Blather in the 2011 FIFA presidential election.
